About Us
WHAT WE DO
Berkshire Lake Property Owners Association, Inc. maintains Sam Hill Road and the other common areas around Berkshire Lake in the Town of Tagkhanic, Columbia County, New York. We share information, maintain and administer the facilities used in common by owners of Sam Hill Road properties, and advocate for the conservation and good management of the area.

Berkshire Lake Property Owners Association is run by an all-volunteer Board of Directors, a select group of officers; and two committees: the Maintenance and Policy Committees.
